The manufacturer “FrutoNanny” has transferred about 85% of the internal document flow to electronic form thanks to Directum software products. The company has reduced the costs of paper and document forwarding, created conditions for remote work, and reduced the number of routine tasks.

“Legally significant electronic document management (LSEDM) has become an important innovation for us. I can note that in many organizations now the approval and signing of documents takes place separately from each other. We use secure electronic signatures and have our own corporate registration center. The Directum RX system stores signature certificates as long as it is required by law for each type of document. In general, LSEDM is now much faster and cheaper than paper signing. And for us, the speed of decision-making plays a key role, thereby increasing the outcome of negotiations, communication with partners and, in general, effectiveness of interaction.”
