On October 19, My Career, a dedicated employment center, launches the second wave of the Freedom. Responsibility. Income project implemented together with the FrutoNyanya brand.
The program involves at least 250 families with preschool children. After a number of trainings and practical exercises, the participants will crystalize and present their business cases. The best 3 will be awarded by the jury and will receive 100, 000 rubles for execution.
“While self-employment is highly demanded by the families with small children, not everyone knows how to start, namely how to launch a business project and combine it with the family routine. The Freedom. Responsibility. Income program creates a solid foundation for those who are self-employed. Our experts help young parents study finance, marketing, time management, law and even psychology. I am sure that for many families this project will be a chance to change their live for the better,” Irina Shvets, Director of the My Career Center, commented.
Having been extended this year, the program currently includes 11 modules designed for 2 months of intensive classes. Such a structure allows the participants to practice their ideas/projects while studying. The students will learn how to develop an idea into a full-blown business case, how to pack products, find customers, receive feedback as well as how to set targets and create action plans. Having understood all the financial and legal aspects of starting and registering self-employment, they will select the most relevant business formats. Also, the participants will enhance their communication skills and get ready to present their projects.

In order to participate in Freedom. Responsibility. Income you need to fill in a questionnaire and make a post on Instagram, VKontakte or Facebook explaining why you want to participate in the project. The post should have the following hashtags: #FreedomResponsibilityIncome and #MyCareerwithFrutoNyanya.
The first wave was launched in 2020. As part of the insightful online program, the participants were immersed into a creative business environment – 500 people learned the basics of entrepreneurship and improved their soft skills and personal competences, which are needed today more than ever before. The students mastered 15 topics and attended 700+ individual and group consultations with professional experts. 70 finalists presented their ideas. The expert jury selected 8 most promising ideas granting the authors with the funds for execution and development. The winning projects included production of clothes for children and adults, home textiles, jewelry & bijouterie, fruit bouquets, various services and dozens of other solutions.
Olga Anokhina is the first wave winner. Before participating in the accelerator, this young mom, whose hobby was sewing, was creating clothes for her daughter. Olga made her first sale during the course. To date over 150 articles she produced have found their new home.
“We have gained a foothold in a big trading platform, and starting from summer my products can be tried on in a mall. I am truly thankful to all the experts who supported my dream and appreciated my devotion. With the knowledge I have gained, I can competently develop my own business. Despite some headwinds blowing my way, I am grateful to the My Career Center and FrutoNyanya for their support and trust that help me not to give up and move forward,” Olga shared her impressions.
