18 December 2020 – An Extraordinary Ordinary Miracle, a unique book of the stories by the children supported by the Konstantin Khabensky Charitable Foundation and the popular writers, was presented today by Konstantin Khabensky, Project Creative Director, Alexander Tsipkin, a co-writer, Ekaterina Kozhanova, Strategic Communications Director at Exmo AST Publisher, and Natalia Medunova, CEO of PROGRESS, the General Partner producing baby food under the FrutoNyanya brand. In a cozy living room, Konstantin Khabensky and other guests read several stories written by the young authors, talked about the dreams and miracles in their lives and emphasized the project uniqueness.
Konstantin Khabensky, founder of the Khabensky Foundation/People's Artist: “The boys and girls who are supported by the Foundation are the real experts in miracles. They sincerely enjoy the simple things and see magic that we as adults pass by. Who, if not them, would write a book about an extraordinary ordinary miracle? The children in our Foundation struggle with difficulties every day and steadfastly go through the uneasy treatment and rehabilitation. It has been our long-time idea to find an unusual way to give them some positive emotions and distracting them from worries. We are extremely glad to have implemented such a unique initiative that our children really needed giving them a chance to feel like true writers.”
12 stories written by the children are published in the An Extraordinary Ordinary Miracle collection together with the narrations by Ludmila Ulitskaya, Ludmila Petrushevskaya, Narine Abgarian, Marina Stepnova, Alexander Tsipkin, Dina Rubina, Sergei Lukyanenko and others.

An Extraordinary Ordinary Miracle published by AST Publisher is on sale from December 14. Those who followed the live stream could win a book by posting a comment about what a miracle meant to them.
